2. Description of Service
MarkToPDF provides a Markdown to PDF conversion tool. The service is offered in both Free and Premium tiers. Free users have access to standard templates, while Premium users unlock advanced layouts and high-fidelity rendering options.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Premium access is granted upon successful payment via Dodo Payments. All prices are clearly stated at the point of purchase. Dodo Payments acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all billing and tax compliance.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** if you are not satisfied with the Premium templates. To request a refund, please contact markdown.support@aidenitimail.com with your transaction ID. Refunds will be processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you input into MarkToPDF. We do not claim ownership of your data. The MarkToPDF software, brand, and templates are the property of MarkToPDF.
6. Limitation of Liability
MarkToPDF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss or errors in the final PDF output. Users are encouraged to preview their documents before final use.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
